It is even more effective if you also make the fornula into an eye wash. Pour the contents of one capsule into 1 cup of boiling water. Let cool. Using an eyedropper, put 4-5 drops of the eyewash in the closed corner of the eye. Then open the eylid, rotate the eye and blink a little.
